Responsibilities: Processpayroll Prepareandprocessbilling(progress,timeandmaterials,andAIA),includingARandcollectionssupport MonitorandmaintainWIPschedules,percentcomplete,andbudget-to-actualreporting Reviewandreconcilesubcontractorcosts,purchaseorders,vendorinvoices,andchangeorders Supportmonth-endclose,includingjournalentries,accountreconciliations,andfinancialreporting Partnerwithprojectmanagersandoperationsteamstoensureaccurateprojectfinancialsandforecasting Qualifications 3+yearsofprojectaccountingexperience,preferablywithinconstructionorarelatedindustry Strongunderstandingofjobcosting,WIP,percentcompleteaccounting,andconstructionbilling AdvancedorstrongintermediateExcelskills(PivotTables,VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,dataanalysis Experiencewithconstructionorproject-basedERPsystems Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment Strongattentiontodetail,organization,andcommunicationskills Ifyouhavethequalificationsaboveandareinterestedinthisopportunity Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
