Responsibilities Include: Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm Listening to customer concerns and helping provide the right solutions Scheduling appointments and managing repair orders efficiently Communicating service recommendations clearly and confidently Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs Keeping customers updated throughout the service process Building trust and long-term customer relationships Recommending maintenance services that keep vehicles safe and reliable Delivering a top-tier customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup What We’re Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred CDJR experience is a huge plus Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-player mentality Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join CA Russell CDJR?
