What you will do:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and teams while upholding Four Seasons cultural values and service standards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, and inventory control with a focus on financial performance and creative revenue generation
- Maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the operation, building meaningful relationships with guests, regular patrons, and internal partners
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Planning Committee to design menus, wine programs, and amenities that balance quality, innovation, and value
- Ensure consistent compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and local regulatory requirements
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to support seamless hotel operations
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required.
- Five to seven years previous experience in multiple food & beverage department head positions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Food & Beverage operations within luxury or upscale hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Deep operational knowledge of food & beverage service, guest experience standards, and team development.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
