Hybrid Capital Markets Counsel (FinTech/Broker-Dealer)
OTC Markets
OTC Markets Group is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support capital markets, broker-dealer operations, and FinTech initiatives. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and engages regulators, policy makers, and business units across the company.
The candidate should have a J.D. and NY bar, 3+ years in securities/capital markets, and strong understanding of US securities laws. Hybrid work schedule with in-office and remote days is offered.
