The duties include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities Package and load delivery trucks in an efficient and timely manner. Complete all commissary and catering deliveries in an efficient but safe manner. Deliver commissary & catering products as directed. Assist with food and beverage prep as needed and directed. Stock deliveries and assist in maintaining a clean and organized storage area. Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use. Clean all areas of the operation as needed and directed. Maintain clean trucks free of debris or smoke. Perform tasks or duties as directed by management. Perform and act in accordance with our Core Values. Qualifications Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen. Must have a valid Driver's License and pass insurance eligibility requirements. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Organizational skills. Patience. Manual dexterity. Communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Very good physical condition and endurance. Must work well under pressure. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
