Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our exceptional anesthesiology team. This position provides a dynamic, inpatient clinical environment with a focus on patient-centered care, offering a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth in one of Michigan's premier Level 1 trauma centers.

As a full-time CRNA at Henry Ford Hospital, the provider will:

• Deliver anesthesia care for diverse inpatient surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
• Administer anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
• Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team
• Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Work day shifts only, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities
• Work experience required: No specific minimum stated but not accepting new graduate candidates
• Not open to locum and/or locum to perm candidates
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
