We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing to play a pivotal role within our client’s operations in East Hartford, CT. This permanent, onsite position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and expertise in NetSuite. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence and efficiency in production processes.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, driving operational efficiency.
- Proficient in NetSuite to optimize manufacturing workflows and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across various departments.
