Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Maryland
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time for the duration of the assignment

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language disorders for school-aged students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations
• Employ evidence-based practices in therapy and intervention
