DEPUTY DIRECTOR

Duties
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Directorate Personnel (AF/REP), ensuring that AF/REP complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Represents Office of Air Force Reserve (AF/RE) with a variety of functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external officials.
Analyzes and evaluates Service Program Objective Memorandum for compliance with Air Force objectives as it affects the Human Capital Enterprise.
