Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Mesa Gardens Apartments in Pueblo. We are offering up to $27/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

• Quarterly Supervisor bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year!

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
• Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
• Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening
