BINEX LINE CORP (HQ) Sr.Operation Specialist (Experienced)

Location : Torrance, CA / San Francisco, CA / Houston, TX / Chicago, IL Position Summary Binex‑TNA is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Sr. Operations Specialist to join our TNA Department . The role involves managing and coordinating freight transportation activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers, securing transportation capacity, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring on‑time delivery performance, and providing high‑level customer service. The specialist also supports team operations, resolves escalated transportation issues, and contributes to overall business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on‑time service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners. Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality. Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities. Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members. Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred and required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high‑pace and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a desk and/or work at a computer for long periods. Repetitive use of hand/grasping, writing, and typing. Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times. Compensation : $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Job Type : Full‑time Schedule : 8‑hour shift Benefits Paid time off
