We are a highly driven, collaborative group focused on innovation, operational excellence, and bringing internal and external best practices to life. Our environment is fast‑paced, inclusive, and designed to help you unleash your full potential. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you are a system administrator and subject‑matter expert for our technical stack which includes Eightfold AI Talent Intelligence Platform, iCIMS ATS, and HireVue assessments and interviews. This is a deeply technical, hands‑on role focused on platform configuration, data integrity, deep‑div data mining, and the delivery of actionable workforce reporting. You are comfortable navigating multiple platforms, managing projects, and partnering with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a passion for AI‑powered HR technology and a strong command of how talent intelligence systems operate at the intersection of people data, machine learning, and business outcomes. You are a strategic and analytical problem‑solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and process optimization. You enjoy configuring and troubleshooting recruiting systems, designing scalable solutions that enhance recruiter effectiveness and improve the candidate experience and using data to tell compelling stories. Responsibilities Platform Configuration & Administration Serve as a system administrator for KDP’s Talent Acquisition technical stack including Eightfold, iCIMS, and HireVue, supporting configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Support integrations between Eightfold, iCIMS ATS, Workday HCM, and HireVue. This includes API configuration, data mapping, schema alignment, and ongoing troubleshooting of integration pipelines. Configure and maintain security roles, identity and access management (IAM) controls, and governance protocols to ensure compliance with organizational data privacy policies and regulatory requirements. Apply strict guardrails to system configuration changes, maintaining audit trails and change logs for all modifications. Lead or support the implementation of new Eightfold modules, upgrades, and feature releases, including business process analysis, data migration planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder communication. Document all configurations, workflows, and system enhancements to support knowledge management and continuity. Create AI agents using MS Copilot to help drive recruiter efficiency. Act as a liaison for external vendors, ensuring effective management of third‑party software partnerships. Data Management & Reporting Perform data mining and analysis across the Eightfold and iCIMS platforms, extracting insights from employee profiles, skills inference data, candidate pipelines, talent pools, and career pathway data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, including extraction and validation of HR data, anomaly detection, and scheduled data cleansing routines. Coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and maintain a clean, authoritative talent data layer. Support the organization’s skills taxonomy and job architecture governance within Eightfold, including uploading, mapping, and validating skills data across roles and populations. This ongoing work ensures the platform’s AI outputs remain accurate and business aligned. Manage data uploads, bulk configurations, and profile enrichment workflows that leverage Eightfold’s AI to match skills against market taxonomies, identify duplicate roles, and assess internal talent pools at scale. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs from Eightfold to support strategic HR decisions including talent acquisition performance, diversity pipeline analytics, internal mobility rates, skill gap analysis, and workforce planning metrics. Integrate with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) where applicable to extend reporting capabilities beyond the native Eightfold interface. Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting for HR leadership and business stakeholders, including pipeline health dashboards, candidate match rate analyses, skills gap assessments, and DEI reporting. Develop insights‑first reporting frameworks that move beyond raw data to deliver explainable, business‑relevant intelligence.
