A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success What would you bring to the table? 1 + years of service industry experience in Food & Beverage , prefera bly in a luxury hospitality env ironment Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to walk up and down stairs Ability to drive a golf cart Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays What would your job responsibilities be? A nswer guest calls, tak e orders and requests, and prepar e trays with a strong attention to detail and professionalism Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner , using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in‑room dining experience Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the I RD team and supporting other F&B outlets as needed What will it be like working for us?
