Qualifications 1.High school diploma or equivalent. 2.Completion of the UAF certificate in Alaska Native Languages-Inupiaq. 3.Fluency in Inupiaq language, knowledge of traditional Inupiaq culture/skills. 4.Experience as a teacher's aide preferred. 5.AA degree or higher, Forty Eight (48) semester credits of college level coursework, OR successful completion of the ETS ParaPro test.
