What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Use the nursing process to manage patient flow and prioritize care needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Adapt care approaches to diverse patient populations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
What You Need
Required:

  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
  • Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
  • Experience working in fast-paced emergency environments
