Profile DeepSea is an advertising technology (adtech) startup that revolutionizes digital programmatic advertising by leveraging rich first-party data, millions of audiences and curated publishing assets. Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for enabling business development and providing the best solutions for DeepSea. This role is expected to be responsible for account management, partnering with the IT support teams and project management related to improving DeepSea’s value proposition. Responsibilities Account Management Develop, execute and maintain onboarding process for new accounts and publishers. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth flow of information during onboarding. Collaborate with Business Development teams and partner reseller companies to identify audiences and execute strategy to drive adoption. Cross-Functional Team Management Work with a cross-functional team on delivering requirements, ensuring service delivery and execution of requested enhancements or improvements to the platform. Engage and manage key strategic partnerships within Adspark Holdings and other key partners. Be a point of escalation and prioritization for the team by assessing implications of changes, establishing timelines and monitoring progress. Project Management Collaborate and consult with clients, partners and vendors on devising and executing processes to ensure project delivery. Do research to analyze competitive set aligned to portfolio; develop deep knowledge of customer needs along with an understanding of the digital marketing landscape. Develop a project plan and provide project statuses on a regular basis conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes from partner teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder of either communications, business, or marketing. 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience on account management and operations in the digital advertising space. Familiarity and practical experience with current AdTech and Digital Marketing platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Logical, data-driven and detail oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Has great organizational abilities. Strong familiarity with digital advertising platforms, strong background on the existing programmatic ecosystem, and up-to-date with current adtech trends. Has expert analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate based on existing data. Other Details For immediate hiring for a 5-day workweek position.
