Preferred Education, Experience & Skills Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, such as Infinite BrassRing, is preferred. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. Familiarity with an automated interview scheduling tool is a plus. What You'll Do Collaborate with the TA Operations team to ensure candidate interviews and job requisitions are processed with accuracy and a sense of urgency. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely, professional, and personable communication throughout the hiring process. Schedule candidate interviews, including travel, across various time zones and using multiple platforms to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams. Review and edit job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency with internal standards. Provide administrative support and prepare candidates during the pre‑onboarding process. This includes organization of candidate offer paperwork. Remain responsive to team requirements, even when juggling multiple priorities, and display excellent customer service and collaborative skills. Follow established processes and maintain compliance with internal guidelines and best practices. May assist with relocation initiations, relocation invoice processing, and I‑9 administration for Talent Acquisition. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary. The role partners closely with candidates and the recruiting team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
