Job Title: IT Data Analyst & Support Specialist Duration: 12 Months contract to hire Location: Dallas, TX 75201 Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hr (ONSITE) Must Haves 1-2 years of technical/help desk support experience Outstanding communication skills – friendly, approachable, "human first, IT second" Power BI experience (High Priority) SQL experience – must be able to restore and run queries against on‑prem databases, not just access them (High Priority) Comfort being highly visible and customer/employee‑facing in a walk‑up support environment Flexibility on exact mix of help desk vs. data experience, if communication and personality are strong The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long‑term disability insurance, short‑term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually (as applicable). #J-18808-Ljbffr Collabera
