Job Roles and Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair airframes, engines, avionics, and electrical systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Interpret technical schematics, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
Perform structural repairs including sheet metal fabrication, welding, and soldering.
Inspect aircraft components for compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose and repair aircraft systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records within CMMS systems.
Support equipment repair, calibration, and fabrication activities.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company procedures.
Approve inspections and document non-conformities as required.
Utilize precision measuring instruments during inspections and repairs.
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
Current Inspection Authorization (IA) certification.
Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and inspection.
Strong knowledge of airframe, engine, avionics, and electrical systems.
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
Experience with CMMS maintenance systems.
Experience in military or commercial aviation environments preferred.
Experience with CAD software such as CATIA or AutoCAD preferred.
