Spenga Studio ManagerThe manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. When you first open, the general manager may also be the sales manager who will be responsible for sales of memberships and building business at the franchise.Qualifications:Strong management and leadership abilitiesAbility to create a successful environment for staff and clientsPrevious sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferredWillingness to learn.
