Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$2129.76/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Traveling OR Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative care in a busy hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and positive outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform circulating and scrubbed duties during surgical procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, including unit-specific guidelines. Utilize standard OR equipment and advanced technology such as Stryker video systems effectively. Communicate clearly with surgical team members and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system. Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, supporting weekend and after-hours needs. Qualifications: Possess a valid RN license with current registration. Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital acute care experience in an operating room setting. Hold BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Have circulating and scrubbing experience in the OR. Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills. Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and protocols.
