Healthcare IT Analyst / Project Manager

Salary: $56,160 - 60,320 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent education and professional experience required
• Knowledge of HL7, sFTP, and VPN configurations preferred
• Familiarity with hospital-based information systems preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong customer service mindset and team-oriented approach required
• High attention to detail required
• Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Azure DevOps, and Lucidchart is a plus

• Serve as the primary IT contact for new clients and coordinate interface builds that support billing and analytics
• Lead communication with new IT clients and ensure timely delivery of technical requests and supporting documentation
• Coordinate technical work for HL7 interfaces, reports, and remote access accounts
• Ensure all required legal and security documentation is submitted
• Track and communicate progress on deliverables and milestones
• Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
• Bridge communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Support business partners with technical issue resolution and enhancement efforts
• Handle additional projects as assigned by management
