TheEstimator/ProjectManagerisakeyplayerinhowwegrow,howweserveourcustomers,andhowwekeepjobsrunningefficiently.Inthisrole,you'llsupportAMIonbothfronts:helpinguswinnewworkandensuringrepeatbusinessbyworkingwithoperationsandofficestafftomakesureprojectsarecompletedperplans,ontime,inbudget,andprofitably. Responsibilities Prepareaccurateandcompetitiveestimatesusingplans,takeoffs,andsiteanalysis Assembleandpresentsubmittalsandensurecustomerapprovalisreceived Createhandoffpackagesforoperations AttendinternalAMIschedulingmeetingswhenneeded Obtainsubcontractorbidsandvendorpricing Supportschedulingandoperationsbycreatingphasingmapsandprovidingaccuratemeasurements Providefieldmeasurements,markings,andsitephotosbefore,during,andaftertheprojectwhenneeded Visitsitestoconfirmsitereadinesswhenneeded Attendcustomerpre-construction,progress,andqualitycontrolmeetings Maintainandbuildcustomerrelationships Ensurechangeordersaresenttimelyandaccurately;obtaincustomerapprovalsandcommunicatethemtothefield Workcloselywithforemenandcrewstomaintainqualityandproduction Coordinatewithaccountingtoprovidemeasurementsforaccuratejobcosting,efficiency,andbilling Qualifications Experienceinestimating,projectmanagement,orarelatedroleinpaving/civilconstruction(orastrongbackgroundinarelatedtrade) Abilitytoreadplansandperformaccuratetakeoffs Strongcommunicationskills—comfortableincustomer-facingmeetingsandonthejobsite Proficiencywithestimatingandschedulingsoftware(orwillingnesstolearnAMI'ssystems) Validdriver'slicense;abilitytotraveltojobsitesasneeded WhatWeOffer 401kwithmatch DentalInsurance VisionInsurance HealthInsurance LifeInsurance PaidTimeOff ReferralProgram #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunstall Inc.
