Availability
This position is specifically for evenings and weekends.

Reliable evening and weekend availability is required. Applicants seeking weekday daytime-only hours will not be considered.

We're also looking for someone willing to pick up additional shifts and help fill schedule gaps as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial services and advanced skincare treatments.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans, home care, and professional products.
• Educate clients on skincare and help them achieve long-term results.
• Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements based on client needs.
• Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards.
• Participate in team meetings, education, and training opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Esthetician License.
• 1+ years of professional esthetics experience required; 4+ years preferred. 
• Current professional liability insurance (or the ability to obtain coverage before your start date). 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for skincare and continuing education.
• Positive, professional, and dependable.
• Comfortable recommending memberships, retail products, and service enhancements.
• Reliable evening and weekend availability.
