Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Full‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist Position Available near Sewell, NJ Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full‑time position at a school district near Sewell, NJ. This position offers an immediate start date and extends until the end of the school year. The SLP will work with an elementary caseload, with daily hours from 8:40am to 3:55pm. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals. Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' academic and social development. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of student progress and services provided. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals and objectives. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Valid New Jersey state license or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Previous experience working in a school setting, with experience in elementary education preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
