We offer a wide range of surgical services as well as specialty programs including Cardiac CTA, Digital Mammography, and Trauma Services.How you’ll contribute A Director of Clinical Risk Management who excels in this role:Provides strategic leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and organizational risks, driving initiatives that improve patient safety and protect the organization.Serves as a subject matter expert for hospital leadership, practice managers, Health Support Center (HSC) representatives, insurers, attorneys, and other stakeholders on all aspects of clinical risk management.Develops, implements, and monitors risk management goals, policies, and procedures, providing guidance to reduce risk and prevent patient harm.Educates leaders and stakeholders on risk management essentials, emerging trends, and proactive strategies to mitigate loss.Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC), Department of Health (DOH), and CMS requirements.Participates in HSC committees, workgroups, and councils to create resources and tools that support risk management across LifePoint affiliates.Analyzes incidents, trends, and risk data to inform leadership decisions, recommend preventive actions, and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.Schedule: Full-Time, DaysWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
