Salary Information Compensation: $127,000 - $219,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: Self-motivation and drive Organized and manages time effectively Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Technology driven A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred A valid Real Estate License is required for this job A full-time vehicle to serve clients and get to showings and appointments About Company Since teaming up in May 2012, The Berns Team has assisted over 1,300 families with their real estate needs.
