Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Type: On-site
• Location: West Hills, CA 91304

About the Role

This is a back-office opportunity supporting the Network Management team with high-volume provider data and health plan-related projects. This role i s non-patient facing and involves minimal phone work .

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting provider data management and ensuring accuracy across internal systems
• Assisting with health plan initiatives , including provider verification and enrollment-related tasks
• Conducting provider outreach to collect required information and documentation
• Reviewing websites and databases to validate and update provider details
• Performing data entry and tracking in Excel
• Assisting with audits, employment verifications, and other special projects as needed

Project Scope

This team is supporting several key initiatives, including:

• Outreach to thousands of providers to support medical records collection and compliance efforts
• Verifying provider demographics for multiple new health plan products
• Assisting with contract amendments, attestations, and Health Plan ID resubmissions
• Supporting operational needs during open enrollment/AEP projects

Required Skills

• Data entry and administrative support
• Customer service
• Credentialing and medical staff support (preferred)
• Audit and employment verification experience (a plus)

Additional Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management
• Experience with outreach and project-based work
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail

Additional Information

• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Training will be provided
• This role offers strong exposure to managed care and provider operations , with potential for future opportunities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
