Fire Inspection Manager

FIRE INSPECTION MANAGER Responsibilities: Oversee and support Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Inspectors’ daily activities, recommend hiring and promotions, and provide consistent training to enhance team capabilities. Maintain complete understanding of company policies and ensure inspectors align with them, promoting compliance and accountability. Foster a culture of customer‑centric service excellence by removing operational obstacles and motivating employees to exceed performance targets. Collaborate with Inspection Coordinators to streamline scheduling and ensure thorough review of deficiency inspection reports, driving continuous improvement. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams and customers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all operations meet contractual obligations, prepare projections, and consistently aim to maximize the productivity of assigned field personnel. Meet with customers and inspectors monthly to strengthen satisfaction and uphold quality standards, fostering trust and collaboration across teams. Qualifications: 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a similar industry. 3+ years of experience in the fire protection/life safety industry. Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and sales activities oversight. Proficient in MS Office and online systems; familiarity with Oracle & maintenance scheduling systems is advantageous. Strong knowledge of fire regulations and codes (e.g., OFC, ULC). High School Diploma or equivalent; NICET certification preferred. Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for tact and diplomacy. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Prepared to pass pre‑employment background and drug tests and obtain required licenses as per national, state, and local codes. Salary and Benefits HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,000-115,000k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
