Baylor Schedule

• Every Saturday: 16-hour shift
• Every Sunday: 16-hour shift
• Work 32 hours each weekend
• Receive an additional 8 hours of pay (when both 16 hours shifts are completed) through our Baylor Bonus Programpaid as if you worked a 40-hour week

What You'll Do

• Providing direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Responding to resident needs and medical emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
• Accurately documenting care in the electronic medical record.
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
