We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support order coordination and service operations for a long-term contract position. This role combines front-desk customer interaction with administrative follow-through, helping ensure orders are handled accurately and customers receive timely updates. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working closely with internal teams to keep daily workflows moving smoothly. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers during order pickup and provide courteous, attentive assistance throughout the interaction.

• Enter, review, and update order information to help ensure complete and accurate processing from receipt through fulfillment.

• Partner with warehouse and purchasing teams to confirm product availability, track progress, and coordinate expected completion timelines.

• Keep customers informed by sharing order updates, delivery changes, and other relevant service information in a timely manner.

• Handle administrative support tasks such as maintaining records, organizing documentation, and completing data entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Respond to customer questions related to products, orders, and scheduling, and work to resolve concerns efficiently.

• Work across departments to support smooth daily operations and promote a positive customer experience.

• Assist with general office coordination to maintain an organized and effective work environment.

• Prior experience in customer service, order support, administrative coordination, or a similar operations-focused role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using order entry or order management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, order data, and customer information.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and collaborative approach to daily work responsibilities.
• Comfortable using email, web-based systems, and multiple browser windows to manage customer communication and order activity.
