Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Job description:
Independent Home Health is opening a new office in Towanda, PA and is seeking an experienced Home Care Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations.
This position offers a hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week and strong opportunity for growth as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations
- Oversee caregiver scheduling and staffing
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise caregivers
- Ensure compliance with home care regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong client relationships and quality of care
- Support administrative functions including documentation, payroll, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care or home health required.
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 per year based on experience.
