Relationship Manager, Volunteer Screening

To support a growing team, the full-time Relationship Manager, Volunteer Screening will manage client relationships, identify risks and opportunities, and advocate for tailored solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate regularly with clients to ensure healthy relationships and discover underlying risks and opportunities Coordinate among internal teams to advocate for clients and ensure a frictionless customer experience Conduct Account Review sessions and develop specific account plans to optimize revenue and retention opportunities Required qualifications 2+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to learn and use internal business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ZenDesk, etc.) Strong relationship-building skills and self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
