HRIS Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and deliver HRIS, ERP, payroll, timekeeping, and business systems projects from planning through implementation. Coordinate HR-related activities associated with enterprise software deployments and system integrations. Support merger, acquisition, and integration projects, ensuring smooth transition of processes, data, and workflows. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and operational teams to align project objectives and meet critical deadlines. Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and key deliverables. Lead project meetings, gather requirements, document action items, and drive resolution of project challenges. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and communicate status updates. Assist with change management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives tied to system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience managing HRIS, ERP, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise software implementation projects. Experience supporting SAP ERP implementations is highly desirable. Background leading acquisition integrations, system migrations, or large-scale organizational transformation projects preferred. Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar systems. Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience using project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or comparable applications. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is a plus. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
