Responsibilities Represent Dexcom by calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other diabetes care institutions, providing technical expertise on product use to support continued and expanded adoption. Influence and support high- and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other healthcare professionals, office/hospital staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products. Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into clinical practice. Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community. Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory. Partner with market access, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth. Work to increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations. Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress toward sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools. Meet and manage territory sales goals and complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management. What makes you successful Strong teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven sales track record is preferred; non-medical or pharmaceutical sales experience will be considered. Experience and Education Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience. Remote workplace: your location will be a home office; not required to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120 km).
