Property Manager
We are seeking an organized Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, maintain tenant relationships, and coordinate maintenance and financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communications, inquiries, and service requests.
- Coordinate leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Monitor rent collections, outstanding balances, and property expenses.
- Schedule maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
- Assist with budgets, invoice approvals, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, and vendor documentation.
- Conduct property inspections and address operational concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues promptly.
