Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Hold an active SLPA license or certification in Texas
• Experience in school settings as an SLPA or SLP, or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Knowledge of common communication disorders found in school-aged children
• Comfort working collaboratively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

What You'll Do:

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities as directed by SLPs
• Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students under supervision
• Track student progress and gather data for reporting and IEP meetings
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school initiatives that promote student success
