Company Headquarters: Chester, MDProject Location: Philadelphia, PATravel: Project-based travel as neededJob Type: Full-TimeOverviewDrill-Tech is seeking HDD Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling crews on underground utility projects in Philadelphia, PA.Headquartered in Chester, Maryland, Drill-Tech performs HDD and underground utility work throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.This is a hands-on field position responsible for assisting HDD crews with daily operations, equipment setup, material handling, and general construction activities. Previous HDD experience is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong construction background. ResponsibilitiesAssist HDD crews with daily field operationsSupport drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installationLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentAssist with equipment setup and cleanupHelp maintain clean and organized jobsitesPerform general labor duties as assignedFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork closely with foremen and equipment operators QualificationsConstruction or underground utility experience preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work outdoorsValid driver's licenseStrong work ethic and willingness to learnReliable transportation to and from the jobsite Preferred QualificationsExperience in underground utility constructionExperience working around HDD equipmentOSHA 10 CertificationClass A CDL or interest in obtaining oneExperience operating small equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceOpportunities for advancement within a growing HDD contractor
