Employment Specialist - Evaluation Hire 

Pay:  $52k - $65k + commission  

Standard Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

About the Role:  

As an Employment Specialist/Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in helping good people find good jobs and helping the companies in Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley,  Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Santa Ana find exceptional talent. You'll use your excellent phone and interpersonal skills to recruit, hire, and find jobs for our associates. You will use your relationship skills to form partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term success for their company and ours. Your ability to use a consultative sales technique will ensure you are seen and known as the “go-to staffing specialist” in our community. 

What You'll Do: 

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new clients (inside sales)
• Managing client relationships
• Recruiting candidates for both contract and permanent positions
• Coaching and managing the performance of contract employees

Requirements:

• Driven to build a successful career in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Motivated to help others and make a difference in people's lives
• Previous inside or outside sales experience is a benefit
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Competitive, likes to win and set records
• Positive, friendly and upbeat personality
• Associates degree or offsetting experience
• Microsoft Office computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
