Claims Business Analyst

Claims Business AnalystRemote.Role Summary: Seeking a Claims Business Analyst to support a claims transformation initiative, including documenting current-state processes, assisting with future-state design, and coordinating system configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.Key Responsibilities:Document current-state claims processes, workflows, and business requirements.Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Support process redesign and future-state workflows.Coordinate with the claims system vendor on configuration, testing, and implementation activities.Track requirements, decisions, issues, and project deliverables.Assist with user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.Qualifications:10+ years of Business Analyst experience, with insurance claims operations.Experience documenting business processes and requirements.Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.Technical knowledge is helpful but not required.
