By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst Level 2.5 to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Role Responsibilities- Act as a liaison with between the customer and the internal group to open incident, request, and change tickets and act as a route them to the appropriate teams.- Conduct meetings for production deployment, third parties for issues as needed.- Identify areas of need and provide training and education to users on the use of applications.- Write SQL queries to generate reports and provide data for customer issues.- Write and send Application Alert messages for planned and emergency application downtime.- Document solutions for known problems.- Answer phone calls, email messages, and instant messages and take appropriate action.- Participate in Quarterly and Yearly Audits and provide the necessary documents to the team.- Working on adhoc request as needed from internal and external stakeholders.- Understanding of US HR and Payroll system.Requirements - Minimum of 4+ years combined experience in Business Analysis.- Post-production/Operations Support.- Web-based application Support.- Direct corporate Client/Customer interface. Preferences- Knowledge of ITIL methodology.- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.- Experience on Remedy ticketing system or equivalent.- Experience in Human Resource Management system or Payroll system is a plus.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
