IT Help Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP)

Our current opening is for an IT Help Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) to handle first level support and some level 2 support for Microsoft focused environments. This role requires at least 1 year of MSP experience with a preference given to those who have also used Halo PSA and Ninja.
IT Help Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions.
- Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
- System documentation maintenance and review in Ninja RMM and Halo PSA.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
