Senior DeveloperThis role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or Dallas/Houston/Austin TX, Detroit MI, or Chicago, IL) - preferred candidates in CST or ESTBrief Description:Senior Developer - In this senior role, the successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Workflow/Case Solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE–based applications and batch processes, as required.Develop and support UI components and client?side functionality using JavaScript and Dojo.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries to support application functionality and performance.Design and develop RESTful APIs to support application integration and modernization initiatives.Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and technical solutioning.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.Adhere to established coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.3-5+ years of related experience in Java/J2EE developmentPreferred Qualifications:Strong experience in REST API design and developmentProficiency in JavaScriptExperience with Dojo frameworkHands?on experience with SQL and database query development.Strong understanding of object?oriented programming and design principlesPreferred exposure to IBM FileNet Content Management (CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager or IBM BAW)Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platformsExperience working in Agile or DevOps environmentsExperience working in enterprise application environmentsAbility to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environmentWillingness and aptitude for continuous improvementDo the right thing attitude while being a strong team playerStrong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer serviceExempt Status: YesWorkplace Type: OfficeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Compensation Range: $57,000 - $113,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
