PCS-HOMECARE | STAFFING COORDINATOR

PCS-Homecare is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure consistent coverage for our homecare clients. Responsibilities include:

Respond to caregiver call-outs and arrange replacement coverage.
Fill same-day and future open shifts.
Coordinate vacations, time-off requests, and schedule changes.
Maintain the monthly master schedule and caregiver availability.
Review upcoming 714 days for potential staffing gaps.
Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and management.
Document scheduling activity in the appropriate system.
Monitor overtime and escalate unresolved coverage issues.

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Reliable availability MondayFriday, 7:00 AM11:00 AM.
Comfortable handling urgent staffing needs.
Experience in homecare, healthcare staffing, scheduling, dispatch, or workforce coordination preferred.
Familiarity with EVV/homecare scheduling systems is a plus.

Ideal Candidate: A dependable problem-solver who can work quickly, communicate effectively, and ensure caregiver shifts are covered with minimal disruption to our clients.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
