- Bachelor's degree + 2+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree + 0 years
- Medical device industry experience required
- Experience with Quality Engineering / Product Quality
- Strong technical writing skills, including DFMEA and quality/technical documentation
- Strong data analysis and statistical analysis
- Experience with risk assessments and risk management files
- Experience reviewing engineering/design changes and technical documentation
- Strong root cause investigation / problem-solving experience
- Experience supporting product quality issues, CAPA/corrective actions, and process improvements
- Understanding of the medical device lifecycle : design, manufacturing, distribution, and obsolescence
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously
