Account Manager

Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction Proactively identify client needs and qualify quality clients to bring onboard Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Develop strategic market area plans to drive growth and maximize client engagement. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, progress, and future strategies to both clients and management teams. Qualifications: Ability to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that align with company values. Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and provide insightful updates to clients. Experience in developing strategic account plans to drive growth and client engagement. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities. Excellent communication skills for preparing and presenting detailed reports to clients and management teams. Compensation: $800 - $1,500 per week
