Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 6 months of experience required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility required
• Minnesota and North Dakota licenses required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri
• Days per week: 5
• Weekend coverage may be required if agreed upon in the schedule
• Expected patient volume: 10-20 per day
• May be required to float to other facilities
