As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who’s ready to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation Test systems post-installation, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering maintenance guidance Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC vocational training preferred) Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Skilled in using hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniform Medical, prescription, dental, vision, group life, HSA, and matching 401(k) Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunities Paid holidays, vacation, and training Competitive salary with bonus potential Supportive, team-driven work environment Employee discounts on Reimer services and products Compensation $75,000 – $120,000 annually Ready to take the next step in your trades career?
