Product Manager, TPO

Job DescriptionCarlisle is seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager, TPO to join our Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the growth, development, and long-term success of a key product line by driving innovation, managing product strategy, and collaborating across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of market insight, customer needs, and product development.As Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept generation and development through launch, commercialization, and continuous improvement for TPO and Membrane Products. You will work closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and business goals. Through customer and market research, including Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and field evaluations, you will identify opportunities for innovation and help shape future product roadmaps.Key responsibilities include leading new product development efforts, creating multi-generational product plans, managing product budgets, overseeing code compliance and certifications, supporting sustainability initiatives, and driving long-term product line growth. You will also mentor and develop a Product Specialist while supporting international expansion efforts and representing Carlisle within industry associations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategic planningStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience in commercial manufacturing, construction or building materials preferred This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, drive meaningful innovation, and contribute to the continued growth of an industry-leading organization.
