What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established solo NP practice with supervising physician support
• Call structure: No call required
• Practice setting: Outpatient employer-based clinic serving Anderson Community Schools employees and dependents
• Access to: 2 exam rooms and Athena EMR system
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• National Board Certification as an Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years experience
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Drive patient-centered wellness by providing acute care, preventive visits, and health education in an environment that prioritizes dedicated patient time
• Enhance chronic disease management and medication therapy management to optimize long-term healthcare outcomes for employer partner clients

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
